An outage has knocked out power to more than 1,700 customers around the South Bay Wednesday night, according to SDG&E.
The problem is affecting homes and businesses in Chula Vista, Bonita, the Tijuna River Park, National City, Twin Oaks and more.
The cause of the outage, which started at about 9:30 p.m., is not clear. SDG&E crews are assessing the issue.
They hope to have the power restored in the next couple hours.
