A man was shot after refusing to give up his beer to would-be thieves according to San Diego police.
The victim was approached by two men at University Avenue and Euclid Avenue in City Heights Wednesday night when suddenly the men tried to grab the victim’s beer.
When he refused, the suspects shot the victim and took off according to police.
