The suspect was described as a mixed race, black and Hispanic man in his 30s

A man robbed a Mira Mesa bank Saturday morning and left with an unknown amount of cash, police said.

The man walked into the US Bank at the 9400 block of Mira Mesa Boulevard around 10:45 a.m. with a demand note, San Diego Police Department (SDPD) Sgt. Robert Hawkins said.

The teller complied with the note and handed the man cash, Hawkins said.

The suspect took back the note and left the bank on foot in an unknown direction, he said.

The bank is located about two blocks west of Interstate 15.

The man was described as mixed race, Hispanic and black man, in his 30s with a thin build and shaved head. He was wearing a grey shirt, grey pants with a black over his face.
