A Valley Center man accused of using his cell phone to look up women's skirts at stores in Escondido has pleaded guilty according to a published report.
Julio Garcia, 22, was placed under arrest after investigators found his phone contained thousands of images and videos of more than one hundred girls and women ranging in age from 15 to 35.
According to our media partner the North County Times, Garcia pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of secretly filming an adult and a misdemeanor charge of annoying or molesting a child.
He will be sentenced February 24.
