A Vista judge reduced bail for a sexually violent predator by $25,000 on Tuesday, the North County Times Reports.
Mark William Pliska, 57, is accused of lying to authorities about where he lived.
Pliska allegedly lied about where he lived. Pliska told authorities he was a transient in Vista and San Marcos, when he actually lived in a motel in Escondido, the paper reports.
According to our media partner the NC Times, Pliska was convicted of molesting boys and for indecent exposure.
In 2002, he was designated a sexually violent predator and sent to a state mental hospital for four years. He is one of six known sexually violent predators living in San Diego County.
Pliska will be back in court Oct. 4.
