A two car crash near Mount Hope Cemetery left the driver with life-threatening injuries, San Diego Police said.
The crash happened around 9:45 p.m. in Mount Hope near 38th Street and Imperial Avenue.
Rescuers had to use the jaws of life to extract the driver from the car, San Diego Fire-Rescue officials said.
The driver was taken to Scripps Mercy Hospital. His condition is unknown.
