Hit the road Jack. Oh, he hit the road all right.
Jack Box, of Jack in the Box fame, was struck by a bus in a commercial during the Super Bowl. Since then, another commercial has been released of the fast food guru on a gurney about to undergo emergency surgery. His injuries have been described as “very serious”, according to Jack in the Box spokesman Brian Luscomb.
San Diegans have been pretty worried for their hometown honcho. At the chain’s headquarters north of Mission Valley, good Samaritans and concerned citizens have dropped off flowers, candles and other get-well goodies for Jack in his parking spot, according to a published report.
