Fire investigators are looking into the cause of a single room house fire on the 3100 block of Adams Ave.
The fire started just before 1 p.m. Thursday at a small apartment complex nestled between several businesses.
A battalion chief said the resident was not at home at the time of the fire and called it a 'room and content' fire.
There were no injuries.
