The San Diego Police Department Homicide Unit is investigating a suspicious death in the Tijuana River Valley.
A man's body was found Thursday in the river behind the Las Americas Premium Outlets, close to the U.S.-Mexico border.
An autopsy revealed traumatic injuries, but investigators have not released any other details
The victim has not yet been identified.
SDPD said it was possible the man’s body was carried by the Tijuana River from Mexico into the United States.
