Emergency crews were called to Mission Trails Regional Park Friday to help an injured hiker.
San Diego Fire-Rescue crews were called to the Quarry Loop Trail just after 10:30 a.m. for an unknown injury.
The nearest cross streets were Calle de Vida and Rueda Drive in Tierrasanta, fire officials said.
