Firefighters worked to clean up a hazardous material spill in 4S Ranch Tuesday morning.
According to the Rancho Sante Fe Fire Department, two gallons of sulfuric acid from a battery spilled onto the street just before 10:30 a.m.
Camino San Bernardo between Camino Del Norte and Willow Court was closed for about an hour as crews neutralize and clean up the spill.
No one was issued, and no evacuations were ordered.
