San Diego Police are asking for your help in locating a missing man. David Mow was last seen Wednesday night July 21 in the 2900 block of 30th Street in North Park.
Family members say the 56-year-old may need medical attention and suffers from memory loss.
Mow works as an independent contractor on home renovations. Mow is Asian but looks Hispanic or resembles a Pacific Islander. He is 5'11", weighs 250 lbs, has black hair and brown eyes.
He lives on Boundary Street and drives a 2005 Silver Envoy. The license plate is CA 5LVJ595.
