How many marijuana plants can fit inside one home? Chula Vista police say at least 930. That’s how many officers found when they served a search warrant on home on North Second Avenue Monday.
The Narcotics Enforcement Task Force considers the plants to be worth $450,000.
According to officers, the entire first level of the house was being used to grow pot.
One suspect Jermaine Starks, 37, was arrested while leaving the scene. He's a contractor and a San Diego resident. Officers say he now faces charges of marijuana cultivation.
