A flash flood warning has been issued for San Diego County through 3:15 p.m. PT Thursday.
The warning is targeted for East County in the area of Ocotillo Wells, Shelter Valley and Canebrake.
The National Weather Service said the warning may apply to other nearby areas.
Do not drive your vehicle through areas where the water covers the roadway.
