A wildland fire sparked in Tierra Del Sol Monday evening, burning eight acres, according to Cal Fire officials.
The fire started around 4 p.m. off of Zarina Lake Drive near the Border in the Boulevard area.
Cal Fire officials say the fire was burning at a moderate rate of spread and no structures were being threatenened.
As of 6:15 p.m., the fire was holding at acres and the forward rate of spread had stopped, according to a tweet by Cal Fire.
No other infomation was immediately available.
