Firefighters responded to reports of a fire at a home in San Marcos Saturday.
According to dispatchers, the fire sparked around 12:30 p.m. on the 1500 block of Via Entrada del Lago.
Upon arrival, crews said the house was fully engulfed in flames. The flames had also spread to neighboring houses on both sides.
Firefighters were able to knock down the fire within about 30 minutes.
Officials said a family was inside the home at the time of the fire, but they were all able to get out safely.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. Information on estimated losses stemming from the fire has not been released.
