Fire swept through a Mira Mesa home Friday morning, causing serious damage.
San Diego Fire-Rescue crews arrived to the home on Lynx Road just after 11:30 a.m.
The single-story home was engulfed in flames and heavy smoke, crews said.
No one was injured and no nearby homes were damaged.
Fire officials have not identified what caused the fire.
