After a decade-long debate, San Diego County officials are moving forward with a plan to develop more than 750 homes in Fallbrook.
The proposed "Campus Park" development will be located at the elbow of Interstate-15 and highway-76, near Rice Canyon Road.
The development will also include offices, commerical buildings and recreational facilities.
