An elderly San Diego couple was found safe a day after San Diego County Sheriff's Department asked for the public's help in finding them.
The couple last seen leaving their Santee home Jan. 10 was reported missing by a family member.
Sheriff's officials said the two were in the beginning stages of dementia, and they have gone missing before.
Late last night, the couple was found in Kern County. They're said to be doing fine and will soon be reunited with their family, officials said.
