In El Cajon, a driver crashed his car through a fence, and ended up in a ditch.
El Cajon Police say the crash happened just after midnight on Lloyd Street, near Graves Avenue.
Apparently, the driver failed to turned and drove through the fence.
Firefighters needed a ladder to pull the man to safety.
He was taken to a nearby hospital where officials said he would be evaluated.
