A driver in East Village was shot twice by a suspect who pulled up next to the victim on the 1400 block of E Street Sunday afternoon.
The suspect, who drove a black SUV, fired three or four shots, hitting the victim in the right bicep and right armpit around 2:22 p.m.
The suspect fled southbound.
The victim’s injuries are non-life-threatening.
There is no suspect description.
Central Division is investigating.
