Downtown Sheraton Suites Hotel Sells for $50 Million

An affiliate of Maryland-based Marriott International Inc. has acquired the 264-room Sheraton Suites San Diego hotel in the downtown area for approximately $50 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.

The recorded seller of the property, at 701 A St. near Symphony Hall, was Noiro West LLC of Hobe Sound, Fla. The recorded buyer was Marriott Ownership Resorts Inc. of Bethesda, Md.

The 329,400-square-foot hospitality property was built on 0.28 acres in 1990 and renovated in 2008.
