A pair of missing Spring Valley children were found Monday.
Officials with the San Diego Sheriff's Department said shortly after 4 p.m. that a 2-year-old girl was reported missing by her parents at about 4 p.m. Officials later said that the child and a sibling were both missing, and deputies searched the are near the family's home in the 8700 block of Kelso Street.
Fortunately for all concerned, both children were located unharmed and reunited with their father at about 6 p.m.
