Debris from a tractor trailer has caused an incident involving seven vehicles and has delayed traffic along northbound Interstate 5 near Camp Pendleton Monday.
One motorcycle crashed according to the debris, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Traffic was backed up as far south as State Route 78 at 6:30 a.m.
CalTrans reports all lanes were reopened and traffic was moving through the area.
