Two San Diego day care operators were convicted Thursday of multiple counts of child molestation and abuse involving four children at their day care center.
Evidence presented in the case included bloody diapers and genital bruising on the children placed in their care.
Mark Kaczmarczyk faces up to 10 years in prison for sexually molesting a 2-year old girl according to the San Diego Union Tribune.
His 45-year-old wife, Anita Maria Kaczmarczyk, was convicted of child abuse involving the girl and a 2-year-old boy. She could face more than six years in prison, the paper reported.
