The daughter of recently-elected District Attorney Summer Stephan pleaded guilty to DUI Monday and admitted to driving with a blood-alcohol level nearly double the legal limit.
Kimberly Sabraw, 25, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges and was sentenced to 5 years probation stemming from a DUI arrest in late February. She also admitted to driving with a BAC of .15.
Sabraw was fined more than $2,100 and ordered to complete 10 days of public work service and a 9-month DUI program.
Stephan said in April that the incident was a family matter and did not offer any new comments following the sentencing.
