New court dates were set Tuesday for a Valley Center man accused of taking thousands of pictures and videos up the skirts of women and teenage girls.
Julio Cesar Garcia, 22, was arrested Nov. 2 after police got a tip from security workers at a North County shopping center.
Surveillance video captured Garcia photographing victims as they shopped, according to Escondido police.
Investigators seized Garcia’s iPhone and found more than 2100 photographs and videos of victims, Lt. Craig Carter said.
At least four victims have been identified, but police say there are many more victims who have not been identified.
Some of those victims are teenage girls who were waiting at a Valley Center school bus stop, according to police. At least ten more may have been customers at Garcia's former employer, Express Tire in Rancho Bernardo.
Garcia faces dozens of charges, including secretly filming people and annoying children.
