A raccoon trapped between a fence and a shed for several days in Rancho Penasquitos was finally rescued last week, according to County News Center.
The raccoon became stuck in a space that was around six-inches in width--between a plastic fence and a metal shed.
According to Animal Control Officer Denise Gove, the raccoon appeared to have been trapped for several days before a neighbor found him and called County Animal Services last Friday.
Luckily, the little guy, approximately nine to 10 months old, did not suffer any injuries. He was released into the nearby area after his rescue.
