Chula Vista police officers responded to a hit-and-run Tuesday morning.
Police said a driver struck a pedestrian, then drove off.
It happened at Proctor Valley Road and Rocking Horse Drive about 6:15 a.m.
The pedestrian's injuries are unknown at this time.
