Emergency crews responded to a bus accident at the Golden Acorn Casino early Tuesday.
The crash injured fourteen children riding a school bus, according to a published report. The San Diego Union-Tribune reports the patients are all under the age of 18.
Eleven patients were transported to Grossmont and Alvarado Hospital according to CalFire. Most had minor injuries but one patient was described as suffering from moderate injuries according to the fire spokesperson.
