Boutique Hotel in Little Italy Gets New Owner

Hotel Vyvant, a boutique hotel on W. Grape St., has been sold.

Hotel Vyvant, a 23-room boutique hotel at 505 W. Grape St. in downtown San Diego, has been sold for $2.2 million, according to a statement from brokerage firm NAI San Diego, which represented the seller.

The seller was Dan Floit, and the buyer was PRE LII LLC, both of San Diego. According to NAI broker Andrew Luce, the buying entity is ELE Collective, a local partnership led by John Pani.

The three-story Hotel Vyvant was built in 1910 at West Grape and State streets in Little Italy, and was formerly known as Little Italy Inn. All of the guestrooms were renovated prior to the sale.
