A body was found early Friday morning in an area southeast in San Diego County, near the Mexican Border.
U.S. Border Patrol agents working in the area of Boulevard, discovered the body of a deceased person in a culvert just before 9:30 a.m., said Lieutenant Larry Nesbit.
Soon after Sheriff's Homicide detectives responded to the scene and began an investigation.
