Looking for a little more of downtown by the beach? You’re in luck because the East Village swanky sports bar, lounge and restaurant, The Fleetwood, is expanding to the shore with its new sister restaurant and bar: The BeachWood.
According to our media partner DiscoverSD, the new upscale bar, located on Mission Blvd., will merge the suaveness of downtown and the laid-back style of Mission Beach. And, it’s just steps away from the boardwalk.
The grand opening isn’t until spring 2010, but when the doors are finally open; it will surely become a go-to beach hot spot.
