A new 22,000-square-foot coworking space is opening in Carlsbad, joining a slew of newcomers to the market of shared office space.
The facility, called Avanti Workspace, will feature “futuristic working pods” and standing desks, along with a gym and a game room furnished with video games, Ping-Pong, and Foosball.
The coworking space is holding an open house Nov. 3 from 4-7 p.m. to let the public tour the facility.
“Avanti has built a relaxing environment where any small business owner can connect with a network of resources and services that can help their business grow,” Shauna Holley, regional director and partner of Avanti, said in a statement. “We look forward to showing off our luxurious space, exciting amenities and state-of-the-art technology.”
Other amenities for the coworking space will include shower facilities, dry-cleaning delivery, an on-site market, acupuncture and massage, a receptionist, kitchen access, a café, and 24-hour access.
The facility has a mix of offices, meeting rooms, collaborative space, event space, and ready rent offices.
Avanti is located at 5857 Owens Ave. off Palomar Airport Road with access to Interstate 5 and El Camino Real.
