A man carrying a handgun and an accomplice stormed into a popular College Area restaurant and demanded money according to San Diego Police.
It happened at 10:25 p.m. at Tokyo Sushi Loha on El Cajon Boulevard. The restaurant is popular with San Diego State University students.
They drove away, with an unspecified amount of cash, in a white car that may have been a Mazda MPV minivan.
The suspect with a gun was described as an Asian male wearing a white t-shirt pulled over his head with holes cut out for eyes. The second suspect was described as an Asian male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue ski mask.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
