Suspects Steal Alcohol, Flee From North Park Pharmacy

Pharmacy's manager says robberies like this one happen frequently

Three men made away with almost $100 in stolen alcohol at a CVS Pharmacy on North Park Way Thursday morning.

The suspects entered the store at about 4:15 a.m. and stole the alcohol, according to San Diego Police.

As the suspects were fleeing the pharmacy, a security guard confronted and tried to stop them. The suspects threatened to hurt the security guard if he tried to intervene, so the man allowed them to leave.

Police are still searching the area for the suspects. They do not believe the suspects are armed.

No one was injured in the robbery.
