A 12-year-old boy has died after losing control of an all-terrain vehicle and crashing into a wall in National City.
The Medical Examiner's Office says Julio Lizarraga of San Diego died at a hospital shortly after 3 p.m. Saturday.
Lizarraga lived with his mother in the Encanto area.
No other details were immediately available.
