A five-year-old child fell 25-feet from the skylight of a building on the 15600 block of Via Salvador in Valley Center Sunday morning.
According to CAL FIRE, the incident happened around 10 a.m.
The girl had crawled from a hill onto the roof of a detached shed or some other type of building and fell through the skylight, striking a metal table below that was inside the structure.
Investigators said the child sustained cuts to her face and was airlifted to Rady Children’s Hospital.
By Sunday afternoon, the hospital said the child had been released and is in good condition.
