Cal Fire crews are fighting a brush fire burning near the Tecate Port of Entry in Potrero.
The fire broke out Thursday afternoon one mile west of Potrero, a town east of San Diego near the U.S.-Mexico border.
The flames were burning at a slow rate of spread in moderate fuel.
As of 7 a.m. Friday, officials said the fire had burned 75 acres. Crews have contained 75 percent of the fire.
