An 18-month-old boy who fell out a second-story window was rushed to the hospital Thursday morning.
The toddler was injured just after 10 a.m. at 539 Rush Drive in San Marcos, according to the local fire department.
A Mercy Air ambulance landed at Craven Road and Rush Drive to pick up the child. He was then flown to Rady Children's Hospital. His condition is not known.
