Escondido Police are searching for a man who allegedly grabbed a teenage girl on her way to school and shoved her to the ground Tuesday morning.

The 15-year-old Orange Glen High School student was walking to school on the Jefferson Ave. and North Rose St. intersection at about 6:30 a.m. police said.

The girl managed to get away and call police to report the attack.
