An Encinitas woman reached a milestone many will never achieve when she celebrated her 105th birthday this week.
Helene Falk, born in 1905, has traveled a lot and speaks seven languages.
Family, friends, and the staff at Seacrest Village Retirement Communities threw her a big party Thursday to celebrate her birthday.
"The secret to longevity is the life that you have," said Falk, "No drink and happy family."
A few other things Falk revealed to us-- she's a big fan of Lady Gaga! Her favorite dance is the waltz. Her favorite dancer is Fred Astaire, and she always wears high heels.
