A man was stabbed outside a bar in Spring Valley early Tuesday morning. Witnesses say a group of people got into a fight inside "Shooters Cocktail Bar" on Jamacha Boulevard around 2:40 a.m. Then the fight made its' way outside, to an alley behind the bar.
During the fight a man was stabbed in the stomach. He then made his way next door to a 711 convenient store to call for help. Paramedics arrived and rushed the man to Scripps Mercy Hospital.
There's no word on the man's condition. The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is searching for the attacker.
