2 Stabbed, Several Arrested at Rowdy House Party

More than 200 people attended the party

Encinitas deputies made several arrests at a rowdy house party in Rancho Santa Fe Friday night attended by more than 200 people.

Deputies first responded to the residence in the 17000 block of Los Morros after receiving reports of a stabbing. When deputies arrived, they found about 200 people on the property and evidence of the stabbing in the street and driveway.

However, the stabbing suspect and victim had already left the party, officials said.

The homeowner allowed his three sons, two of which were minors, to throw the party in the $2 million home, according to officials

As deputies began investigating, a fight broke out in the crowd and a TASER was deployed to control and arrest one of the people involved in the fight.

While speaking with witnesses, four other people were arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting officers. Deputies also discovered several intoxicated party-goers on the property who were under the age of 21.

The homeowner was also arrested, cited and released for violating Social Host Ordinance.

Officials later located a male at a local hospital who had sustained stab wounds to his arm. Officials said the victim became aggressive toward a deputy and was pepper sprayed and arrested after receiving treatment for his stab wounds.

Deputies said the stabbing suspect is still at large. The investigation is ongoing.
