One person has been killed in a fatal crash near Orfila Winery in Escondido, California Highway Patrol (CHP) confirmed.
The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. at Bear Valley Parkway and San Pasqual Road.
The Escondido Police Department has taken over the investigation.
