Another thing you can do is have an early dinner, typically between 6-8 p.m. Late-night eating has been linked to a greater risk of obesity, Type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
Slim down your dinners to around 600 calories. Include more veggies, which are lower in calories, and the fiber will help you feel fuller for longer.
Another thing you can do to promote healthy eating and weight loss is to get a proper amount of sleep. According to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Sleep Research Society, adults need at least seven hours of sleep for optimal health. Lack of sleep can lead to overeating, which can cause weight gain and metabolic problems.
