Regular mammograms and self-exams are important to prevent breast cancer, but so is eating the right thing according to Heidi Diller,  corporate nutritionist for Albertsons.

Statistics show one in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year.  Diller's tips include: minimizing charred meat intake and increase folic acid intake.  She also suggested eating veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, and Chinese cabbage.  Also add a little flaxseed to your food.
