Two groups of students were asked to select a meal. The first group did so after focusing on a complex text. The second group was allowed to daydream before selecting their meal. Good news for mental loafers, the second group consumed fewer calories.
Is there a lesson here? Keep up the sudoku for mental health, but avoid it before meals for your waistline.
