A woman was fatally stabbed after a disturbance in a Pomona Motel 6 Saturday night, police said.
The woman, about 35, was discovered with multiple stab wounds after Pomona police responded to an 8:40 p.m. emergency call reporting a disturbance, according to the Pomona Police Department.
She was pronounced dead at the scene, a room in the Motel 6 at 2470 S. Garey Avenue, police said.
One man suspected of stabbing the woman was in police custody, a police statement said.
Neither the victim nor the suspect has been named.
