Daniel Rossman drove in front of another driver and forced them to stop, before claiming to be a "California State Police Officer" on June 5 at around 1:15 p.m, a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman said.

Rossman was later arrested by officers from the LAPD's West Los Angeles Division.
